Open route-ai.app and press the Feedback
button at the edge of the map. Describe what happened; a screenshot of what
you saw is attached automatically, and you can remove it before sending. Add
an email address or a Telegram handle if you would like a reply. Every
message is read.
Using Route AI in ChatGPT
Ask for a trip in your own words, for example "a 60 km gravel loop from
Gdańsk through the forests" or "a 3-day bikepacking trip across Mallorca".
Route AI plans it on real roads and shows it on a map in the chat.
Use the buttons under the map to download the GPX, open the route in
Route AI, or ask for it flatter, longer or shorter.
You can also open Route AI from the ChatGPT sidebar and plan there.
No account is needed. Connecting your Route AI account is optional and
only raises your daily limit.
Common questions
The distance is different from what I asked. Every
figure is measured on the real road network. Ask for it longer or shorter
and the route is adjusted and measured again.
A place I asked for is missing. Some names are not on
OpenStreetMap under that spelling. The planner says so and routes via the
nearest town; name a nearby village instead.
How do I get the route onto my Garmin, Wahoo or phone?
Download the GPX, or the FIT course from the route page, and import it in
your device's app. More on exporting.
I reached the daily limit. The limit resets at
midnight UTC. Signing in raises it.

What is stored and for how long is in the privacy
policy. To have your account and everything tied to it deleted, send the
request through the Feedback button while signed in.
